Today I took a trip with my wife and son to Tucson, AZ to drop off a dashboard for refurbishment.

Manny at Manny’s Upholstery is taking care of me and quoted about a month to complete. My next steps are to weld in the floor pan and install carpet before the dash is finished.

While in Tucson we ate lunch at Guadalajara’s, and despite what Reddit says, the food was neither bland nor was the tableside salsa making “gimmicky.” The food has been great every time we’ve gone. Anyway, here’s an unhinged review of the restaurant.

After eating we took a trip to Mt. Lemmon, or, as my son likes to call it, Mountain Lemon, for a giant cookie.

The trip had some very scenic views.
